Anti-inflammatory Spice Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons dried ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix & store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in a cool, dry pantry, for up to 1 month. Ingredients are preferably all organic.
